With this app, it will allow you a chance everyday to get up off the couch and workout. What to do with this app, is sync up your electronic device to this app in its alarm system. The free time that you have that day should be entered in, and an hour or so that day will be taken out of your time and you will do some of the exercises you choose of certain things below.
Setting up Exercise Page
Setting up your system is very simple and takes hardly anytime. First of all Exercise Page is based off of you. You're in charge of your own body. So what to do is make sure your device has an alarm system in the clock settings. The amount of time you are active is up to you, and the amount of free time you have. During the duration of free time, you'll want to set up an alarm to remind you it's time to exercise. Once you have decided a time and exercise when choosing from the different sorts of exercises on the next page, then you're all set.
